I worked on this project when I was UX Designer at the web agency Octave Octave. With user tests and several workshops with the Crédit Mutuel - CIC, we defined the personae and their main problems to solve. With this in mind, we had to face these mains challenges:
Employee Savings is seen as a very complex and quite opaque service
Current interfaces use complicated copy and users are often confused

Quick prototyping and user tests to iterate and improve step by step
Working with our customer and a user testing company, we defined the main personae and the user flows to revamp. For each flow, I built wireframes and prototypes to be able to test them quickly and iterate. I built both desktop and mobile wireframes and a Web Designer handled the UI part.

Promising improvements
After user tests on the new version, the highlights to keep in mind were:
User flows are seen as intuitive and fluid by the testers ✅
Contextual help information is very useful ✅
The copy on several screens could still be improved because of banking vocabulary 👷♂️
